Over a two-month period, contributed backend enhancements to awslabs/cid-framework and aws-samples/aws-cudos-framework-deployment, focusing on AWS Athena and SQL-driven data exports. Developed CUR2 Data Exports enhancements by introducing a 'tags' column and updating the Athena schema to support map<string,string> tagging, enabling more granular billing data analysis. In the following month, implemented comprehensive Account Tags support from the CUR Tags column, adding safety checks and improving tag cardinality display for dashboard readiness. Leveraged Python, SQL, and YAML to extend schema handling, improve error management, and enhance data presentation, supporting robust tagging discovery and cost attribution workflows across AWS environments.
