During the month, contributed to the ocaml/opam-repository by developing Melange bindings for the react-day-picker library, resulting in the release of the reason-react-day-picker.0.1 package. This work focused on expanding the OCaml and ReasonML ecosystem, enabling seamless integration of a popular JavaScript UI component into ReasonML projects without interop friction. The approach involved packaging and releasing first-party bindings aligned with Melange and ReasonML tooling, which improved developer onboarding and reduced setup time. The effort centered on front end development using React and ReasonML, laying a foundation for future bindings and enhancing the usability of UI libraries within the ecosystem.
