Worked on the base/web repository to deliver a comprehensive Help Center and FAQ overhaul for the Base App, focusing on improving user support and navigation. Leveraged React and TypeScript to implement a new Help link in the About menu, directing users to external support resources, and developed a detailed FAQs page covering onboarding, wallet modes, trading, and troubleshooting. Enhanced content clarity by updating wallet import steps and refining eligibility language, while also addressing code quality through linting improvements. UI updates included new icons and navigation flow enhancements, all aimed at reducing support load and improving onboarding and self-service readiness for users.
