Developed and contributed a new macOS distribution path for OpenComic by adding a Homebrew Cask entry in the Homebrew/homebrew-cask repository, enabling streamlined installation for macOS users. Focused on packaging quality and adherence to Homebrew Cask standards, the work involved using Ruby for cask definition and leveraging Git-based workflows for release traceability. This effort improved accessibility and onboarding for OpenComic on macOS, ensuring that users could install the application easily through Homebrew. The project demonstrated skills in Homebrew cask development and macOS application packaging, with careful attention to release management and alignment with established open-source distribution practices.
