March 2025 monthly summary for containerd/containerd. Delivered two feature work items aligned with Kubernetes ecosystem needs, enhanced user guidance for version compatibility and deprecation, and improved issue intake for SIG-Node integration. No major bugs fixed this period; focus was on documentation, templates, and process improvements that reduce upgrade risk and accelerate contributor workflows. Impacts include clearer compatibility messaging for Kubernetes 1.32 and CRI v1alpha2 deprecation in containerd v2.0, standardized KEP tracking via a dedicated issue template, and simplified user input by refining template rendering. Technologies/skills demonstrated include release process documentation, YAML templates, issue template design, KEP lifecycle alignment, commit traceability, and cross-repo collaboration.

February 2025: Implemented Maintainer Directory Accuracy for cncf/foundation. Added Kirtana Ashok to containerd maintainers and corrected contact details, including the GitHub username and maintainer documentation IDs. The updates were committed in three changes to project-maintainers.csv. Result: improved governance accuracy, faster maintainer outreach, and reduced risk of misrouting notifications.
