Focused on narrowing the plugin’s key property from a generic type to the string literal 'action_item', this change clarified intent for future developers and reduced potential type errors. The update was implemented in TypeScript, leveraging strong typing to ensure more predictable plugin behavior and easier maintenance. The work involved both updating the plugin’s typings and documenting the changes for clarity. This contribution demonstrated skills in frontend and plugin development, with a focus on delivering business value through improved code quality and maintainability in udecode/plate.
