During December 2024, burningchicago focused on refining UI content accuracy and accessibility for the vkoves/electrify-chicago repository. Working primarily with Vue and front-end development skills, they addressed a bug by correcting a typo in a code comment within StatTile.vue and updating the alt text in About.vue to accurately reflect Fossil Gas in the power chart. These targeted changes, delivered through two concise commits, improved the clarity and consistency of the user interface. While no new features were introduced, the work demonstrated attention to detail in maintaining product messaging and ensuring accessible, accurate UI text for end users.
