Worked on the auth0/react-native-auth0 repository to address a critical issue in the logout flow for mobile applications. Focused on improving session management by implementing missing native options in the clearSession method, enabling platform-specific customizations for both iOS and Android. This technical approach ensured that sessions are reliably cleared across platforms, closing security gaps and enhancing the overall user experience. Utilized TypeScript and mobile development best practices to deliver a targeted bug fix, aligning with project requirements and issue tracking. The work contributed to more consistent cross-platform behavior and reduced edge-case failures in authentication logout scenarios for end users.
