Contributed to the area9innovation/flow9 repository by enhancing backend security and reliability through targeted feature development and bug fixes. Addressed idle event detection by directly invoking the mouseMoveIdleFn, ensuring accurate idle-state tracking even when users were inactive, which improved session analytics and downstream processes. Later, implemented multi-algorithm JWT decoding by extending the decodeJwt workflow to support RS256, increasing integration flexibility and security for identity providers. The work demonstrated proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and event handling, with a focus on traceable, well-documented changes. Prioritized robust, maintainable solutions that addressed specific business needs in backend development and security.
