Developed and deployed a privacy-first analytics solution for the opral/monorepo website, focusing on edge performance and user privacy. Built a non-blocking analytics pipeline using Cloudflare Workers and TypeScript, enabling real-time traffic visibility for both AI agents and human visitors without impacting page load times. The implementation classified visitors server-side by analyzing host, path, user-agent, Accept header, and country, while ensuring no personally identifiable information was collected or exposed. Integrated the analytics system with a custom server entry and updated routing configuration, establishing a scalable foundation for future analytics-driven decisions while maintaining strict privacy guarantees and robust full stack practices.
