Worked on the 0xJacky/nginx-ui repository to enhance backend reliability by addressing critical bugs in authentication and WebSocket error handling. Focused on improving the robustness of user authentication flows by preventing duplicate usernames during registration and refining ban logic to ensure accurate tracking and enforcement of login attempts. Addressed Windows-specific WebSocket disconnection issues by correctly classifying client-closed errors, which improved the accuracy of analytics logging and system monitoring. Utilized Go for backend development, emphasizing error handling and WebSockets to deliver more reliable analytics and security. The work prioritized stability and correctness in core authentication and real-time communication components.
