Consolidated chatbot logic into backend NestJS services, centralized flow state, and introduced robust type systems using TypeScript and GraphQL. Refactored state management with Recoil and componentized forms for maintainability. Addressed bugs affecting media handling and UI consistency, while implementing internationalization and cloud storage integration.
