Cam Thebaird developed a Secure Boot Verification Suite for the microsoft/lisa repository, targeting Microsoft Hyper-V on Azure Linux Dom0. The suite automated security validation by retrieving kernel logs, installing MSHV components, rebooting systems, and asserting secure boot status while ensuring the MSHV driver did not run in root partition mode with unsigned components. Cam enhanced test automation and logging using Python and Linux system tools, updating journalctl filtering for improved kernel event visibility. This work strengthened CI reliability and security validation for Azure VMs, demonstrating depth in system testing, secure boot workflows, and integration of Hyper-V with Azure infrastructure.
