Worked on the hmemcpy/nixpkgs repository to enable network panel functionality for KlipperScreen by integrating sdbus and sdbus-networkmanager dependencies. Upgraded KlipperScreen from version 0.4.4 to 0.4.5, which stabilized and improved the reliability of network features for end users. Addressed packaging and runtime requirements by adding missing metadata for sdbus-networkmanager, ensuring seamless deployment within the Nix ecosystem. Focused on system configuration and package management using the Nix language, with attention to Python packaging standards. The work delivered a targeted feature enhancement, improving network capabilities for KlipperScreen users while maintaining a streamlined and maintainable package structure in nixpkgs.
