Implemented support ticket lifecycle enhancements, including close ticket functionality and file attachments, using React and TypeScript to improve the support dashboard experience. Enhanced documentation on the website by addressing Daylight Saving Time handling for cron jobs and clarifying signature validation issues, reducing user confusion during DST transitions. Led a focused refactor to transition support attachment logic from chat to email entry, simplifying code paths and improving maintainability. Demonstrated technical writing, front end development, and collaborative code review skills.
