Vyom worked on the plone/volto repository, focusing on resolving a critical integration issue affecting the LinkEditor’s accessibility from the SlateEditor. By addressing this bug, Vyom restored seamless link editing for content authors, improving the overall user experience and stabilizing publishing workflows. The solution involved targeted JavaScript and React front end development, ensuring that the LinkEditor could be accessed without unnecessary context switching. Vyom collaborated closely with David Glick, participating in code review and thorough testing to validate the fix. This work contributed to release readiness by resolving a high-impact UX issue while maintaining minimal risk to existing functionality.
