Introduced a variable-based approach in GitHub Actions using YAML, replacing hardcoded Vault URLs with a single variable reference to streamline environment-specific configurations. This change consolidated Vault URL management, reducing the risk of misconfigurations and simplifying updates across multiple environments. The work laid the foundation for easier multi-environment support and improved the overall maintainability of CI/CD processes. No major bug fixes were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on configuration management and DevOps best practices for pipeline reliability.
