Improved the clarity and professionalism of OpenSSL’s documentation and man pages by correcting spelling errors and refining API usage guidance, using technical writing skills and Pod formatting. Addressed a core reliability issue in the C codebase by adding a NULL pointer check to the RSA_PSS_PARAMS_dup function, preventing potential runtime failures from NULL dereference and improving error handling. All changes were peer-reviewed and merged into the master branch, demonstrating a disciplined approach to code review and integration while leveraging expertise in C programming and cryptography.
