Over a two-month period, contributed to aws/aws-lc by enabling MIPS big-endian 64-bit compilation support, addressing cross-architecture portability and resolving build blockers for the mips64-unknown-linux-muslabi64 target. This work involved low-level system programming in C, compiler design, and rigorous CI validation to ensure reliable builds for downstream users. Later, focused on microsoft/vscode, where TypeScript was used to refactor the JSON schema download feature, normalizing trusted domains and preventing unnecessary configuration updates. These changes improved configuration consistency and reduced churn, demonstrating a methodical approach to cross-platform development, configuration management, and maintainable code in both system-level and application environments.
