During March 2025, Caton developed the Advantage Scope feature for the gwhs/2025-Reefscape repository, expanding the platform’s analytics capabilities through new scope-based functionality. Working primarily in Python and focusing on backend development, Caton enhanced the modular architecture to support incremental feature growth aligned with the product roadmap. The implementation emphasized disciplined commit hygiene and collaborative workflows using git, ensuring maintainable and well-documented code. While no major bugs were addressed during this period, Caton’s work laid a technical foundation for future enhancements, accelerating customer value by enabling broader analytics reach and supporting ongoing cross-functional development within the Reefscape project.
