Worked on the glpi-project/glpi repository to address stability and usability issues in the Helpdesk Satisfaction Survey interface. Focused on resolving a layout collapse that occurred in edge cases, such as when surveys were external or expired with or without responses. Used HTML and Twig to update the timeline.html.twig template, ensuring that wrappers like <div> and <form> were properly closed even when buttons.html.twig was not included. This fix reduced UI regressions and improved the experience for both agents and end users, supporting smoother support workflows and enhancing the reliability of front end components in the helpdesk system.
