During August 2025, Smart Bell focused on enhancing UI consistency within the dotnet/wpf repository by refining the ListViewItem indicator across multiple Fluent themes. They reduced the ActiveRectangle height from 18 to 16 units, ensuring uniform visual alignment in Fluent.Dark, Fluent.HC, Fluent.Light, and the base Fluent theme. This work involved careful XAML styling and a strong understanding of WPF theming, addressing subtle rendering differences that can impact user experience. Although the scope was limited to a single feature, Smart Bell demonstrated attention to cross-theme detail and code maintainability, laying a solid foundation for future improvements in UI theming and visual consistency.
