Worked on enhancing the a10pepo/EDEM_MDA2526 repository by improving the reliability and maintainability of its Twitter integration. Focused on robust error handling in the Twitter client, addressing failures during initialization and tweet publishing to increase fault tolerance. Upgraded dependencies, specifically Tweepy and python-dotenv, to strengthen security and ensure compatibility with current APIs. Maintained code clarity through targeted updates and clear commit messages, supporting future enhancements. Utilized Python for both API development and package management, emphasizing secure and maintainable practices. The work delivered one new feature and resolved a bug, contributing to the overall stability and security of the project.
