
Over three months, contributed to the pharmaverse/admiralneuro repository by developing and refining clinical research datasets for Alzheimer’s Disease studies. Built the dm_neuro demographics dataset with age- and treatment-based subsetting and labeling, ensuring robust data management and reproducibility through updated build configurations and comprehensive documentation. Enhanced the dataset by integrating observational study data and implementing RFICDTC imputation, improving data accuracy and traceability. Delivered a centiloid threshold criterion flag for amyloid PET analysis, automating biomarker thresholding and supporting future extensibility. All work was implemented in R, leveraging skills in clinical data management, data analysis, and SDTM standards to improve research workflows.
