Chaitanya focused on restoring stability to the flexcompute/Flow360 repository by addressing a problematic merge that had introduced instability into the develop branch. Using Python and Git, Chaitanya reverted the merge, carefully removing unintended test files and realigning simulation parameters to previously validated baselines. The rollback included adjustments to model and output configurations, ensuring deterministic and reproducible simulation runs. Post-reversion, Chaitanya conducted targeted regression checks to confirm that core simulation paths remained stable and free of new issues. This work demonstrated a methodical approach to CI/CD and software development, prioritizing codebase reliability and enabling the team to proceed with confidence.
