Worked on the jpmorganchase/salt-ds repository to address a critical rendering issue in the AppHeader component’s Storybook integration. Focused on front-end development using JavaScript and TypeScript, the work involved identifying and correcting a syntax error by adding missing closing parentheses to style properties. This fix restored accurate visual previews in Storybook, reducing the risk of UI regressions and ensuring consistent alignment with design tokens across the design system. By stabilizing the Storybook environment for AppHeader, the changes improved the reliability of component previews and supported faster iteration cycles for design-system validation, contributing to a more robust frontend workflow.
