During October 2024, Chenduan developed a new interface for the VitisAI Execution Provider within the microsoft/onnxruntime repository, focusing on session configuration retrieval. By extending the API surface in C++ and applying principles of software architecture, Chenduan enabled the retrieval of configuration options directly from SessionOptions, streamlining the management and discovery of session-level settings. This work addressed the need for more accessible and flexible configuration of VitisAI workloads, laying a technical foundation for faster tuning and onboarding. The feature was delivered as a single, well-scoped change, demonstrating depth in API development and a targeted approach to improving configurability.
