During October 2024, Chenduan developed a new interface for the VitisAI Execution Provider within the microsoft/onnxruntime repository, focusing on session configuration retrieval. This feature enables users to access and manage session-level configuration options directly from SessionOptions, streamlining the process of tuning and onboarding VitisAI workloads. Chenduan’s work centered on API development and software architecture, leveraging C++ to enhance the provider’s configurability and extensibility. While no bugs were documented as fixed during this period, the delivered feature addressed a core need for improved configuration discovery, laying a technical foundation for more efficient management of VitisAI execution environments in future development.
