Worked on enhancing the reliability of memory file handling in the openclaw/openclaw repository, focusing on backend and agent development using Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Addressed a critical bug by replacing placeholder date formats with the current date during session startup and post-compaction, ensuring accurate memory file resolution. Additionally, appended the current time to prompts to maintain precise temporal context for memory file access. This targeted fix improved data integrity and reduced user confusion, resulting in a more stable memory system. The work demonstrated attention to context management and contributed to safer startup and compaction workflows within the project.
