Chandra Sekar developed a configurable Helm annotation feature for the SeldonIO/seldon-core repository, focusing on enhancing deployment flexibility and governance. By extending Helm charts and values.yaml, Chandra enabled per-environment customization of controller deployment annotations, including a default option to disable Istio sidecar injection. This approach centralized annotation management within Helm templates, reducing manual configuration and supporting reproducible deployments across Kubernetes clusters.
