Worked on the CMSgov/qpp-measures-data repository to deliver a targeted performance optimization for QPP measures data initialization. Focused on removing strata from SPR measures during the initialization process, this change streamlined data handling and improved startup latency for the QPP framework. The solution involved refactoring initialization paths and leveraging skills in Node.js, TypeScript, and CI/CD workflows to ensure efficient deployment. By collaborating through code review and merging the update via pull request, the work enhanced resource efficiency and scalability for measure data workflows. This contribution demonstrated a performance-driven approach to full stack development within a collaborative, version-controlled environment.
