Developed a deferred loading optimization for the danielmiessler/Personal_AI_Infrastructure repository, focusing on improving startup speed and resource efficiency. Introduced a manifest-driven approach using a new skill-index.json file to defer skill loading, which reduced the initial context size by approximately 75 percent. This change enabled faster onboarding of new skills and established a scalable foundation for future growth. The work demonstrated full stack development and performance optimization skills, leveraging JSON-based configuration to streamline runtime operations. No major bugs were reported during the period, and ongoing monitoring was maintained to ensure continued efficiency and support for expanding skill sets within the project.
