During July 2025, Ciabas focused on stabilizing governance calculations for the IntersectMBO/govtool repository. He addressed a critical bug by reverting previous hotfixes that had altered SPO stake and pool_votes logic, restoring accurate governance metrics. Using SQL and TypeScript, he removed the temporary LatestPoolStat table and streamlined calculations to query pool_stat directly, which reduced data drift and improved data integrity. Ciabas also resolved duplicate entries in pool_stat, particularly for epoch data, ensuring reliable reporting of SPO rewards and pool influence. His backend and database work enhanced the reliability and stability of governance actions, reflecting careful attention to data consistency.
