Worked on enabling Debian 13 (trixie) support throughout the packaging and build pipeline for the aerospike/shared-workflows repository. This involved updating the packaging utility script to map correctly to Debian 13, synchronizing the DISTRO_VERSIONS variable in package.sh, and introducing a Makefile Docker image variable to facilitate reproducible build and test environments for the new distribution. The work leveraged skills in build automation, CI/CD, and scripting, using Makefile and Shell as primary languages. These changes improved the CI and build automation readiness for Debian 13 while maintaining compatibility with existing distributions, ensuring a smooth transition for future development workflows.
