Worked on stabilizing initialization workflows in the openebs/mayastor-extensions repository, focusing on improving the reliability of etcd service connectivity during cluster startup. Addressed a critical bug by normalizing the etcdUrl for etcd-probe init containers, utilizing a helper template written in YAML to ensure consistent and predictable URL construction. This DevOps-driven approach reduced initialization-time failures and enhanced the traceability of configuration changes for Kubernetes environments. The work contributed to more reliable cluster bootstrapping and fewer incidents during pod initialization, demonstrating a methodical focus on operational stability and maintainability within the context of cloud-native storage extensions.
