During February 2025, Chen Jinghao enhanced the documentation for the PredChecker module in the XS-MLVP/UnityChipForXiangShan repository, focusing on clarifying JAL and RET instruction prediction error checks. Using Markdown and leveraging strong documentation skills, Chen aligned terminology with the Branch Prediction Unit to reduce ambiguity and improve the accuracy of prediction information. This work aimed to streamline development, quality assurance, and onboarding by making technical details more accessible and precise. While the contribution was limited to a single feature update, the depth of the changes provided targeted improvements that support ongoing development and maintain high standards for documentation clarity.
