Developed the foundational scaffold for the INNER-CIRCLE-ICD4/onboarding-project, establishing a Kotlin Spring Boot application with a clear project structure and essential build configurations. Leveraged Gradle for dependency management and integrated core technologies such as JPA, JDBC, and H2 to support immediate API development and in-memory testing. The initial setup provided a runtime-ready baseline that streamlines continuous integration and accelerates both feature delivery and new team member onboarding. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as the focus remained on creating a consistent, maintainable starting point for future development using Kotlin, Spring Boot, and standard configuration practices.
