Worked on the is-a-dev/register repository to implement ownership and verification configuration for GitHub Pages hosting. Focused on updating the owner identity within the configuration and introducing a dedicated DNS verification file, this work enabled verifiable ownership and streamlined deployment workflows. Leveraged configuration management skills and utilized JSON to ensure that ownership could be securely validated, reducing risks associated with unauthorized deployments. The approach emphasized traceable commit history and auditability, supporting future domain verification needs. By integrating GitHub Pages and DNS verification processes, the changes enhanced the security and reliability of the publishing pipeline without introducing new bugs or regressions.
