Clem Hervouet developed and integrated feature flags for improved B2B mode in the PrestaShop/PrestaShop and PrestaShop/autoupgrade repositories, enabling controlled rollout and safer deployments. Clem’s work focused on exposing the feature toggle within General Settings and ensuring upgrade consistency by embedding the flag into the 9.1.0 upgrade script. Using XML configuration and SQL for database management, Clem coordinated cross-repository changes to support targeted experimentation and reduce deployment risk. The implementation allowed for clearer feature governance and faster iteration cycles. Over the month, Clem delivered two features with no bugs reported, demonstrating depth in B2B development and feature flag implementation.
