Worked on moltbot/moltbot to deliver a targeted stabilization and metrics enhancement for gateway channel management. Focused on backend development using TypeScript, the work introduced logic to reset the channel restart counter after a stable run and enabled precise measurement of stable channel runtime. Refactored the timing state to simplify lifecycle management, which improved reliability and reduced channel flaps. Enhanced observability by adding detailed metrics for stable-channel runtime, aiding diagnostics and monitoring. The changes contributed to higher gateway uptime and better SLA adherence, demonstrating a strong emphasis on reliability, performance optimization, and code quality through thoughtful refactoring and testing.
