In February 2025, Maksymilian Cieślak focused on enhancing the visual branding of the OpenTTD/OpenTTD repository by updating the macOS application icon to a rounded-rectangle shape. This work involved graphic asset design and adherence to macOS platform guidelines, ensuring improved consistency across user interfaces and marketing materials. Maksymilian used design tools and version control with Git to deliver the update as a single, traceable commit linked to issue #13446. No functional or code-level changes were introduced, minimizing risk while supporting platform alignment. The scope was limited to one feature, reflecting a targeted, non-invasive approach to UI branding refinement.
