During December 2025, Hertz Moe enhanced the cloudflare/capnweb repository by implementing tuple-type support for the Stubify and Unstubify utilities. This work focused on advanced TypeScript type manipulation, enabling safer and more expressive type transformations within the codebase. By extending these utilities to handle tuple types, Hertz Moe improved type safety and made API contracts clearer for downstream consumers. The technical approach centered on leveraging TypeScript’s type system to facilitate robust, type-driven refactoring. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as the primary emphasis was on delivering a well-documented feature that lays groundwork for future enhancements in type safety.
