Worked on the input-output-hk/catalyst-ci repository to deliver a comprehensive refactor of project configuration and dependency management, focusing on enabling more flexible configuration handling and preparing the platform for future changes. The approach involved removing hard-coded references to harbor and io, as well as eliminating project fields validation, which reduced configuration drift and technical debt. This cleanup improved maintainability and clarified configuration semantics, supporting safer dependency management. The work was documented thoroughly and implemented using skills in CI/CD, DevOps, and Git, with changes expressed in Shell and YAML. These updates laid a foundation for broader platform enhancements and scaling.
