Over a two-month period, contributed to backend and API development across the semaphoreio/semaphore and Saghen/nixpkgs repositories, focusing on targeted feature delivery. In semaphoreio/semaphore, implemented support for embedding an org_id claim in OpenID Connect tokens for pipeline executions, updating JWT generation and documentation to enable secure, organization-scoped access in CI/CD workflows. In Saghen/nixpkgs, updated the tela-circle-icon-theme dependency to ensure system icon compatibility and reduce UI inconsistencies, providing a clear audit trail for future maintenance. Work emphasized technical clarity and maintainability, leveraging Elixir, Nix, and Markdown to deliver isolated, low-risk changes with a focus on business value.
