Developed and deployed a Vitess-based Antithesis test cluster with one primary and two replicas, focusing on both the planetscale/vitess and vitessio/vitess repositories. The work centered on building a repeatable, reliable testing infrastructure by implementing automated end-to-end testing scripts and health checks, all designed to streamline validation of database behaviors. Leveraging Go, Python, and Docker, the developer standardized test environments to reduce setup time and environmental drift, while enhancing CI readiness and documentation for cross-repository collaboration. This approach enabled faster, more deterministic test cycles and provided a robust foundation for ongoing database management and DevOps workflows.
