During their recent work, Kakudou developed two security data collectors for the OpenBAS-Platform/collectors repository, integrating Splunk Enterprise Security and SentinelOne to enhance monitoring and detection. Using Python and Docker, they implemented robust data parsing and error handling, enabling reliable retrieval of security alerts and threat data with features like IP-based matching and parent process tracking. In the OpenCTI-Platform/client-python repository, Kakudou resolved a dependency conflict by pinning cachetools, ensuring stable integration with google-auth connectors. Their contributions focused on improving platform reliability, maintainability, and data validation, demonstrating depth in dependency management and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) workflows.
