Worked on refining the upgrade documentation within the MicrosoftDocs/dynamics365smb-devitpro-pb repository, focusing on the transition to Version 28. Addressed a documentation bug by replacing outdated upgrade steps from version 27 with accurate guidance for version 28, and removed redundant include statements to streamline the content. Utilized Markdown for technical writing and applied version control best practices to ensure consistency across the documentation set. This work improved the clarity and reliability of upgrade instructions, reducing the risk of user confusion and support requests. The approach emphasized documentation hygiene and cross-repository alignment, contributing to a more maintainable and accurate knowledge base.
