Enhanced the diff preview panel to gracefully handle missing files and read failures, normalizing change paths to improve developer navigation and productivity. Employed React and TypeScript to implement these features, leveraging the File System API for seamless integration with local file systems. Prioritized stability and maintainability by introducing comprehensive unit tests covering diff fallbacks and local file preview paths, ensuring edge cases were addressed. The work emphasized reliability and usability in frontend development for local file interactions.
