During July 2025, Courcol focused on stabilizing the openbraininstitute/obi_platform_analysis_notebooks repository by addressing critical issues affecting data analysis workflows. Working primarily in Python, Courcol resolved a key bug in the JSON output formatting, ensuring that analysis information is now parser-friendly and valid for downstream automation. The work also included correcting the obi-auth package reference, which improved dependency management and import reliability within the notebooks. By emphasizing data analysis, JSON handling, and careful refactoring, Courcol enhanced the reproducibility and reliability of automated pipelines. The depth of the work lay in improving workflow robustness rather than introducing new features.
