Developed Swagger-based API documentation for the Polaris Gateway Azure Function, focusing on enhancing API discoverability and integration within the CPS-Innovation/Polaris repository. Leveraged C# and Azure Functions to implement comprehensive OpenAPI attributes across endpoints in Case Work, Exhibit Producers, and House Keeping applications. Addressed build errors and improved exception handling to ensure consistent and reliable API responses. This work established a reusable documentation foundation, streamlining future enhancements and accelerating frontend or partner integrations. The approach emphasized maintainability and scalability, utilizing API development best practices and Swagger documentation to improve usability for both internal and external consumers of the platform.
